I'm Ben.

I own and run Sightscreen HR. I've worked in HR, coaching and organisational development for more than 15 years.

I'm a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and I've worked in senior HR roles for a number of organisations across a range of sectors. While each organisation is different,  I have found one thing has been a constant- organisations that have a focused and well-balanced approach are more able to drive high performance and retain their best people.

It sounds simple but knowing what's important for your organisation and turning that knowledge into a plan can be trickier than it appears. That's where Sightscreen can help. Through HR support, coaching & training I use the experience and skills I've picked up over the years to help organisations deliver value through their people. 

Sightscreen operates as a 'balanced business'. The business has three key principles (below) and pursues a business model which prioritises ethics, flexibility and wellbeing. My first blog explores this in a bit more depth, and also explains the name 'Sightscreen'...

Sightscreen is based in Tunbridge Wells but offers HR consultancy, people development and coaching services across London, Kent and the Southeast.
