I'm Ben.
I own and run Sightscreen HR. I've worked in HR, coaching and organisational development for more than 15 years.
I'm a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD
and I've worked in senior HR roles for a number of organisations across a range of sectors. While each organisation is different, I have found one thing has been a constant- organisations that have a focused and well-balanced approach are more able to drive high performance and retain their best people.
It sounds simple but knowing what's important for your organisation and turning that knowledge into a plan can be trickier than it appears. That's where Sightscreen can help. Through HR support, coaching & training I use the experience and skills I've picked up over the years to help organisations deliver value through their people.
